Appily Thirtyfive is a fresh flower boutique operated by APPILY THIRTYFIVE FLORAL TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at Unit 35, Bloom Arcade Block, Floral Lane Market, Pune, Maharashtra 411001. These terms apply to every purchase of fresh flowers from rose collections, lily gardens, orchid corners, sunflower meadows, tulip fields, exotic blooms, and seasonal bouquets completed on this website.

2. Catalogue and pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
  • Stem counts, bunch sizes, and variety names on each product page define what is supplied.
  • Seasonal availability may vary; comparable substitutions are made only with your explicit approval.

3. Checkout and payment methods

  • Email verification is required before your first order can be placed.
  • We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) in supported service areas.
  • Your order reference is issued once payment is authorised or COD is confirmed.
  • Any COD handling fee is shown on the checkout summary before you submit.

4. Customer obligations

You must provide a complete delivery address and a reachable mobile number. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in re-dispatch charges.

5. Natural floral variation

Fresh flowers are living botanical products. Slight differences in petal shade, bloom diameter, or stem length between harvest batches are normal and do not constitute a defect.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from transactions on this site.
