Appily Thirtyfive collects only the personal data needed to sell, pack, and deliver fresh flowers and to keep your account secure.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and encrypted password.
• Order fulfilment: delivery address, phone number, items ordered, and chosen payment method.
• Support messages sent through Contact, Help Center, or Track & Support.
• Technical logs such as IP address and browser type for fraud prevention.

3. How we use your information

• Verify identity and prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
• Pick stems, generate invoices, and schedule courier collection.
• Send transactional notifications about dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accounting records as required by applicable law.

4. Sharing with partners

Courier companies receive only the details needed to deliver your bouquet. Payment processors handle transaction tokens; we do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

5. Your rights

Update profile information from your account page or email flowers@appilythirtyfive.com. Promotional messages, when sent, include an unsubscribe option.
