1. Packing workflow

Confirmed orders enter our floral packing queue within one business day. Stems are hydrated, sleeved, and placed in rigid outer cartons before courier handover.

2. Delivery coverage

We ship to PIN codes served by our logistics partners across India. Remote or high-altitude locations may require an additional transit day.

3. Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders qualify for free standard delivery nationwide.
• COD orders may include a flat courier fee displayed at checkout.
• Same-day or midnight delivery slots are not currently available.

4. Tracking updates

Tracking numbers appear on your order status page once the carrier scans the parcel. Email updates follow major transit milestones.

5. Receiving your bouquet

Check the outer carton before accepting delivery. Report visible crushing or leakage to the courier agent and notify us immediately for documentation.
